SAC नेपाल को आचार संहिता (Code of Conduct) परिचय:
SAC नेपालको आचार संहिता संस्थाको मूल्य, उद्देश्य र नीतिहरूमा आधारित व्यावहारिक मार्गदर्शन हो। यसले संस्थासँग आबद्ध सबै सदस्य, पदाधिकारी र स्वयंसेवकहरूलाई ईमानदारी, पारदर्शिता, समानता, मर्यादा र जिम्मेवारीका साथ कार्य गर्न प्रेरित गर्छ। आचार संहिताले व्यक्तिगत तथा संस्थागत स्तरमा उच्च नैतिक व्यवहार सुनिश्चित गर्न सहयोग पुर्याउँछ, जसले संस्थाको विश्वसनीयता र सेवा प्रभावकारिता बढाउँछ।

**सदस्यता र दायित्व**
– सबै सदस्यहरूले SAC नेपालको उद्देश्य, नियम र नीतिहरूको पालना गर्नुपर्छ।
– संस्थाको प्रतिष्ठा र मर्यादा कायम राख्न प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ।

**नैतिक व्यवहार**
– सबै सदस्यहरूले ईमान्दार, पारदर्शी र नैतिक रूपमा कार्य गर्नुपर्छ।
– भेदभाव, अनैतिकता र भ्रष्टाचारमा संलग्न हुन मनाही छ।

**सहकार्य र सम्मान**
– सदस्यहरूले एकअर्काको विचार, धारणा र अधिकारको सम्मान गर्नुपर्छ।
– दलित, जातिय, लैंगिक, धार्मिक वा अन्य कुनै पनि प्रकारको भेदभाव गर्न मनाही छ।

**गोपनीयता र विश्वास**
– संस्थाको गोपनीय जानकारी अरूसँग साझेदारी गर्न मिल्दैन।
– सदस्यहरूबीच विश्वास र सद्भावना कायम राख्नुपर्छ।

**अनुशासन र जवाफदेही**
– संस्थाको निर्णयहरूमा सहयोग गर्नुपर्छ र आफ्ना कर्तव्य बुझेर पालना गर्नुपर्छ।
– गलत व्यवहार वा नियम उल्लंघन गर्दा अनुशासनात्मक कारबाही हुन सक्छ।

**सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व**
– समाज र राष्ट्रको हितमा काम गर्नुपर्छ।
– पर्यावरण संरक्षण, सामाजिक न्याय र मानव अधिकारको समर्थन गर्नुपर्छ।

**शिक्षा र सुधार**
– आफ्नो ज्ञान र क्षमतालाई निरन्तर विकास गर्न प्रयास गर्नुपर्छ।
– गल्तीहरूबाट सिक्ने र सुधार गर्न खुल्ला रहनुपर्छ।

**संघर्ष समाधान**
– कुनै पनि विवाद वा संघर्ष शान्तिपूर्ण र न्यायोचित तरिकाले समाधान गर्नुपर्छ।
– संस्थाको नेतृत्व वा मध्यस्थतामा विश्वास गर्नुपर्छ।

**पारदर्शिता र जवाफदेही**
– आर्थिक र प्रशासनिक कार्यहरूमा पारदर्शिता राख्नुपर्छ।
– संस्थाको संसाधनहरू सही ढंगले प्रयोग गर्नुपर्छ।

**नियम पालन नगर्दा परिणाम**
– यो आचार संहिता उल्लंघन गर्दा सदस्यतामा रोक, निष्कासन वा कानूनी कारबाही हुन सक्छ।
**नोट:** यो आचार संहिता SAC नेपालको मूल्य र सिद्धान्तहरूको प्रतिबिम्ब हो। सबैले यसलाई मान्नुपर्छ र संस्थाको उद्देश्यलाई अगाडि बढाउन सहयोग गर्नुपर्छ।

Membership and Responsibilities
- All members must adhere to the objectives, rules and policies of SAC Nepal.
- They must strive to maintain the reputation and dignity of the organization.
2. Ethical Behavior
- All members must act honestly, transparently and ethically.
- Discrimination, immorality and corruption are prohibited.
3. Cooperation and Respect
- Members must respect each other’s opinions, beliefs and rights.
- Discrimination based on caste, gender, religion or any other type is prohibited.
4. Confidentiality and Trust
- The organization’s confidential information cannot be shared with others.
- Trust and goodwill must be maintained among members.
5. Discipline and Accountability
- They must cooperate with the organization’s decisions and understand their duties and follow them.
- Misbehavior or violation of rules may result in disciplinary action.
6. Social Responsibility
- Should work in the interest of society and the nation.
- Should support environmental protection, social justice and human rights.
7. Education and Improvement
- Should strive to continuously develop one’s knowledge and abilities.
- Should be open to learning from mistakes and improving.
8. Conflict Resolution
- Any dispute or conflict should be resolved peacefully and fairly.
- Should trust the leadership or mediation of the organization.
9. Transparency and Accountability
- Should maintain transparency in financial and administrative operations.
- The organization’s resources should be used properly.
10. Consequences for not following the rules
- Violating this code of conduct may result in suspension of membership, expulsion or legal action.
